Sylvette Brière, known by the enigmatic pseudonym Zooloo, embodies the very essence of female accomplishment. A passionate singer, painter, sculptor, businesswoman, curator and gallery owner, she has always been involved in a multitude of projects, both in the cultural community and in the visual arts of all kinds, including the performing arts.
Patrick Culley, her husband since last October, an extraordinary companion and business partner, is also an exceptional musician. Partner of the W Gallery with his wife, Pat has several qualities and talents including being the bassist of the band Zooloo & The Seaweeds, thus sharing the passion of the stage with his wife and 2 other renowned musicians
Zooloo and Patrick are both known for their simplicity, their complicity, their audacity, and for their unconditional love for people, arts, culture, artists, not to mention their two bulldogs, Billie and Romy and the love they have for each other!
Proud co-owners of the new W Gallery, nestled in the heart of Ergon, in the Agora du Plateau in Gatineau, where the sublime paintings and sculptures of twenty-six artists from here and elsewhere in the world are presented, but offers a whole new business model in the world of galleries and contemporary art. A contemporary gallery at the very heart of your emotions!
Zooloo and Pat are joining the Red Dress Gala this year. A cause that has been close to their hearts since their niece Roxanne, only 31 years old, died following a stroke just three years ago. Pat lost his father to a stroke and his brother to a heart attack. The couple hopes that their participation in this prestigious event will allow them to reach a wider audience and raise awareness of this important cause. Zooloo and Pat want to help with the Gala, but they hope their commitment will help save lives and prevent tragedies like that of Roxanne and other members of their family. Because together, we can! Zooloo and Pat, a couple full of emotions.
